Simon Cowell is usually a man who keeps his personal opinions to himself, however when it comes to a certain One Direction star, he’s not holding back.
The X Factor judge has thrown some serious shade at Liam Payne, shortly after the 1D singer signed a solo deal.
We’re sure Simon would have been happy for Liam, had he not signed to a rival company, Capitol Records UK.
Speaking at an American’s Got Talent press conference, Simon had nothing but praise for Niall, Louis and Harry, and commended their loyalty, but failed to mention the final member of the group.
Simon said, “We’re in touch with them. The great thing about all these boys – well not all of them, but most of them they are incredibly loyal and you don’t always expect that. Niall, Harry, Louis – Amazing!”
Louis Tomlinson has also joined Simon on the judging panel for America’s Got Talent, and the music mogul couldn’t be more proud of him.
“Louis is great! It was so funny, and so, kind of odd, because he had auditioned for me five years ago and now he’s sitting where I’m sitting, judging other people and doing it well.”
Meanwhile, Niall Horan has also been setting up roots in America, evening purchasing a lavish mansion with an unusual house guest!
