Grace Mongey has paid a touching tribute to her fiancé Chris Gernon as they celebrate five years together.
The couple enjoyed a date night on Thursday to mark the special occasion.
Sharing a sweet photo of the pair on Instagram, Grace opened up about how much they’ve done in just five years.
“Full to the brim of cheese and bread! And love of course! 5 years by your side, it’s been nothing but fun and laughs. We’ve done a lot in our 5 years and I couldn’t have imagined doing it with anyone else! As you said this morning, here’s to another 55 years together! I love you Kips,” she said.
It’s been a busy year for the couple who are set to welcome their second child in a matter of weeks, which means 2-year-old Sienna is set to become a big sister
The couple also got engaged in July and are currently planning their big day for after their baby arrives.
