First Dates Ireland viewers shocked over “rude” dater!

First Dates Ireland is back!

And we couldn’t be more excited to curl up in front of the telly on a Thursday night.

We had all the regular mayhem – wingmen called in, the agonising over splitting the bill and plenty of flirting.

But one dater shocked fans with his apparent rudeness!

24-year-old Ciarán from Dublin might have started things off on the wrong foot as he announced that he prepared for his date with “a can in the shower”.

However, things just went from bad to worse on the date. He was meeting fellow 24-year-old, Hansun from Louth who was helped out by his sassy drag alter-ego Pluto!

Hansun had ordered a pornstar martini cocktail as he waited for Ciarán, who, when he arrived, told poor Hansun that he wouldn’t drink that cocktail “five minutes in” and ordered a beer.

Yikes!

When Hansun started talking about star signs when they got to their table, Ciarán quickly shut him down, saying that he has no interest in star signs. Hansun was quick to defend himself telling him that it’s a “nice conversation starter”.

Ciarán even rolled his eyes at Hansun’s dessert choice! Ah lads, there was no chance for these two.

It’s no surprise that a second date was not on the cards with Hansun saying:  “Sometimes you’re just not compatible with people, there’s nothing wrong with that.”

Viewers took to Twitter to share their opinions on the date as well, revealing they were shocked by the “rude” behaviour.
