Aideen Kate has given her followers a candid insight into her wedding day, answering some of their burning questions in a fun Instagram Q&A.
The influencer, who tied the knot with her husband Dave Kelly in Sotogrande, Spain, earlier this month, gave fans a glimpse behind the scenes of their big day, including some of the things she might have done differently.
When asked if there was anything she would change about her wedding, Aideen admitted that her dress wasn’t quite as fitted as she had hoped on the day.
“My dress was too big on me, obviously not the worst thing in the world, but it just wasn’t as fitted as I wanted it to be!” she explained.
Despite this, she was quick to point out that the dress had been a perfect fit when she attended her final fitting a month before the big day.

However, the busyness of her schedule in the lead-up to the wedding may have resulted in her losing some weight without even realising it.
“Anyway, I survived; life goes on, and I had the time of my life,” she added.
Aideen also revealed the reasoning behind her decision to have her bridesmaids wear white, explaining that she had spotted a picture on Pinterest years ago and immediately loved how chic it looked.
She then shared a glimpse into the morning of the wedding, including the robe she wore while getting ready, which has become a special tradition among her friendship group.
“This robe has been passed around my friend group. It’s literally turned into the cutest tradition,” she explained.
“So now I’ve to keep it safe for the next [friend].”

One question that will likely resonate with anyone currently planning their own wedding was whether Aideen felt the day was worth the money.
And, judging by her response, there was no doubt in her mind.
“When I say it was worth EVERY LAST CENT. Oh my god,” she said.
“The feeling of having everyone you love in one place in the best form, just loving life, is unmatched!!!”
For Aideen, the main priority was creating a huge celebration with the people closest to them.
“It was EVERYTHING we wanted,” she added.
