Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy have cancelled their gigs in both Cork and Limerick.
Following their sold out UK shows last year, the duo were set to perform for Irish fans in the Cork Opera House this evening. Sadly however, they have cancelled the gig due to an illness.
A statement released by the Cork Opera House reads”Unfortunately, Keith Duffy of Boyzlife is unwell and was diagnosed with laryngitis this morning . As a result of this and on the recommendation of his doctor both of the Boyzlife Irish show’s that were due to take place this week in Cork and Limerick must be cancelled to allow Keith adequate recovery time.”
A similar statement was posted by the University Concert Hall in Limerick explaining that the gig set to take place on Thursday May 4th had also been cancelled.
Fans were left disappointed and annoyed by the late cancellations, with one user venting frustration on the Cork Opera House post “This is disgraceful! We’d a great night with the girls planned and for nothing.”
We bet this is not the news fans were hoping for!
