Just months on from his public split with Indiyah Pollack, Irish Love Island star Dami Hope is ready to tell his side of the story in an exclusive tell-all interview coming this week.

Appearing on Paul C. Brunson’s podcast We Need to Talk, this is the first time Dami is speaking on the breakup since a clip of his ex-partner, Indiyah, went viral after being spotted kissing her Inside co-host Marlon Lundgren at the London hotspot; Duck and Waffle.

The couple, who had been together for the last three years, met on the Love Island series in 2022, where the pair came in third place after losing the crown to Ekin Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti.

Although the pair seemed to be the strongest couple to come out of the reality TV show, sources close to the Daily Mail issued a statement about their breakup saying, “no one expected their relationship to end so suddenly.”

The source continued to say that the pair don’t have any plans to enter Love Island: All stars with Indiyah focusing on her co-hosting duties, while Dami isn’t interested in partaking out of a place of respect.

Shortly after this statement was released, the clip of Indiyah and her co-host Marlon went viral, with many speculating if their close relationship was the reason for the breakup.

Although Dami never commented on the situation, Indiyah posted her own statement to her socials to address her actions.

“I am aware of the video that has been shared online. I made a mistake and take full responsibility for my actions. I understand the hurt this has caused. I won’t be commenting any further,” she said.

Marlon Lundgren also addressed the situation on a recent live stream saying: “Someone recorded me kissing a girl… 24-year-old man. Single at the time. Not talking to nobody. That she was fake? F**k no, she wasn’t fake. That’s my private life, though. It’s that simple.”

Fans are intrigued by what Dami will reveal, after a teaser post was shared on the We Need to Talk Instagram story, which showed Dami sitting down and looking very serious as the words “Indiyah betrayed me” appeared above him.

Will we finally know the truth about what happened?

The episode is set to go live at 8am on April 21st, so set those alarms!
