So unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that Taylor Swift is back at it again, releasing her…hold on we’re gonna need a calculator for this one, her TENTH Album, Midnights.

Needless to say the entire internet has gone wild, as per usual when Miss Swift drops anything. But Irish Swifties in particular have something to be excited about.

Taylor has sang about all her favourite places like New York, LA, Tennessee, The Lake District…and now our very own Wickow!

Referencing The Garden County on the track, Sweet Nothing, she sings: “Tiny as a firefly, a pebble, That we picked up last July, Down deep inside your pocket, We almost forgot it, Does it ever miss Wicklow sometimes?” Referencing a romantic holiday to Co Wicklow from July 2021, Taylor enjoyed with her beau Joe Alwyn, who also co-wrote the song.

The pair were here while Joe was filming Conversations With Friends, being spotted in Donegal, Belfast, Dublin and Cork. But it seems Wickow is where her heart is!

Oh and naturally Irish Swifties are delighted to get a bit of a shout out!
