It might just be the wedding of the century!
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce said “I do” in Madison Square Garden with a reported 1,000 guests in attendance.
And there was a surprising Irish connection on the wedding day.
In a press release shared after the wedding on Friday, 3rd of July, it was confirmed that Dior designed both Taylor and Travis ensembles for their big day.

Derry designer Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s, and Haute Couture Collections, was the man behind the creations.
“The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture,” the statement read.
“They are designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom. This is the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity.”
Both Taylor and Travis wore custom shoes from Louboutin, while Taylor wore Cartier jewellery.

Jonathan Anderson joined Dior as the sole artistic director one year ago. He becomes the first designer since Christian Dior himself to oversee men’s, women’s and couture at the brand.
The designer rose to prominence as the head of Spanish luxury brand, Loewe. He was appointed the creative director in 2013 and worked with Rihanna, Josh O’Connor and Zendaya during his time there.
He also has his own label, JW Anderson, which he set up in 2008.
