Pamela Uba smashed onto the scene as Miss Ireland.
Since then the Galway girl has moved away from the pageant world into the world of acting.
Now speaking to us at this year’s Platinum VIP Style Awards, she teased when her first on-camera role will air.
“I absolutely love acting, it’s where I really ground myself,” she tells us.

“I have something coming out soon, early 2027. It’s going to be a TV series on Channel 4, so look out for that. I’ve loads of new projects coming down the line. I can’t wait for you guys to see me in a different light.”
But for her summer she plans to “go out with the girls” and “travel more”.
However, she is keeping her fingers crossed that she will have more acting gigs in the future.
“Hopefully I’ll get more acting gigs down the line.”

Pamela looked a vision on the red carpet in her custom dress.
“She’s called Royal Raven, she’s from Nero Botte. We thought about doing something that still represents me. You know I like to do something creative for the Style Awards,” she enthuses.
“But I haven’t actually really worn a gown-gown for the Style Awards either. So this is kind of like a bit of edgy, but still being a pageant girl, but still being creative. So I love it.”
