In a touching tribute to her late mum, Nadia Forde has released a charity single with all proceeds going to the Marie Keating Foundation.
Bernice Paolozzi sadly passed away from cancer earlier in the summer, and now Nadia has opened up about the importance of raising funds for families and patients of the disease.
The Irish model released her single, Haunted, and said she wanted to do “something special” in her mum’s memory.
“I’ve been quite nervous to share this with you guys. Grief is something that affects all of us at some point. It’s probably one of the most painful experiences we can go through in life,” she said.
“Cancer touches people of all ages, all genders, all religions. Haunted is a song that’s very personal to me for a number of reasons.
“ALL proceeds from downloads go straight to The Maire Keating Foundation. Let’s raise money together to support people battling this disease and the families who are losing their loved ones.”
The single is now available to download on i-Tunes.
