Macklemore is back and bringing his new tour to Ireland

Macklemore has revealed that he is returning to the music scene with a brand new album, but even more exciting is the fact he will be bringing his music on tour!

It’s no surprise that the singer will be stopping by Ireland on the first leg of his tour.

Macklemore, whose real name is Ben Haggerty, has strong ties to Ireland and has even recorded a spoken word poem as Gaeilge for Ceol 2018.

Although the musician grew up in Seattle his heritage is almost completely Irish.

The Ben Tour will see him travel around Europe in 2023 and he’ll be kicking off things here on Irish soil!

He’ll begin his tour on Tuesday 4th April 2023, at Dublin’s 3Arena, before the global hit-maker brings his electrifying show to cities in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark before wrapping in Oslo, Norway on Tuesday, 9th May.

His new album, Ben, will be released on March 3rd and we can’t wait to hear it!

But of course, we can always listen to his back catalogue as 202 marked the 10-year anniversary release of his multiple GRAMMY Award-winning album The Heist which spawned two #1 singles; the Diamond-certified Thrift Shop and Can’t Hold Us.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, 10th November at 10am from Ticketmaster.

We’ll see you in the 3Arena!
