Keith Duffy paid tribute to his late Boyzone bandmate Stephen Gately, on the 13th anniversary of his death.
Sharing a picture of the pair from their Boyzone days. Keith captioned the post: “13 years my guardian Angel ! I’ll never meet another living soul who loved me as unconditionally and honestly as my buddy Steo!”
His tribute comes after the Coronation Street star met up with Stephen’s family on Sunday night, sharing it was for a “special moment.”
Ending his tribute with:”Miss you every single day, I had your brothers family with me for a Special moment last night, keep an eye on me brother.”
Keith had shared a snap from his meet up with the Gately family, the night before.
Revealing they had met up while in Scotland, while Keith was performing there with Boyzlife.
Captioning his post: “Always Good to get The Gately Boys down to the show in Edinburgh!”
The singer tragically passed away very suddenly in Spain in 2009, due to an undetected heart condition.
He was just 33 years old.
His untimely passing affected the entire nation, with thousands taking to the streets to pay their respects to the singer.
