Former Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) pro Emily Barker has confirmed her move back to Ireland.
Previously teasing on social media that a big change was around the corner, fans were left wondering what it could be but now it looks like the truth is finally out.
Emily shocked fans ahead of the 2024 season of DWTS when she announced that she would not be returning to the RTÉ series.
Especially as she had just picked up the glitterball alongside Carl Mullan in 2023.
Previously speaking out, the former dancer said: “I haven’t danced since the final of DWTS – I needed to shake my life up and make some changes and it’s been the best decision for me at this chapter in my life.”
However, it now looks like Emily will be setting up shop outside of the UK.
Announcing the news on Instagram, Emily confirmed that her new home was going to be in Ireland with her partner Olly Ashton.

“WE HAVE MOVED TO IRELAND,” she wrote in all caps.
Opening up on her YouTube channel, Emily revealed that the move to Ireland is a result of their work, seeing as it is an Irish-based business.
“We just felt for us to be able to really give our business 1000 per cent energy we need to physically be there.
A welcome return indeed!
