We can watch Ultimate Hell Week: The Professionals from the comfort of our own homes, with a nice cup of tea wrapped in a blanket.
But for the celebrities taking part, it’s far from a walk in the park.
That was proven on Wednesday night when four contestants dropped out after a series of gruelling tasks.
And honestly, we don’t blame them.
The celebrities were forced to take on some of the most difficult challenges, including moving 20kg sandbags while chained together, carrying a log while their vision is restricted and climbing steep steps with limited oxygen.
Over the course of the episode, four celebrities tapped out.
Paralympian Michael McKillop was the first to go after struggling with the steps. Although he made it to the top, he collapsed as he reached the summit, with his sandbag hitting him in the back of the head. This incident was the final straw for Michael, who decided to call it a day.
‘It’s okay to be different. I hope that I’ve shown that that’s possible, even if you have a disability,’ he said as he left the show.
Former Miss Ireland Pamela Uba, also bid farewell to Ultimate Hell Week to the surprise of DS and leader Ray Goggins.
Singer Luke Thomas was next to go as he struggled with the steps and then the goggle task.
While jockey Oisin Murphy was the final celeb to call it quits on Wednesday night’s episode.
Twitter was abuzz with praise for everyone involved.

In absolute awe of @TeamMcKillop and his powerhouse of a performance tonight on #ultimatehellweek . We saw a hero of ours not letting #cerebralpalsy define him. Loved the DS words too , that you didn't fall , you just "got a bate of a sandbag in the head "🙌🙌 Well done from CRC
