Una Healy looks unrecognisable in her Popstars audition tape from 15 years ago.
Before achieving worldwide success with multi-award winning band The Saturdays, the Tipperary native auditioned for the first Irish version of Popstars.
Back in 2001, a fresh faced Una impressed Popstars judges with her rendition of Christina Aguilera’s Genie in a Bottle and although she didn’t make it to the final round of the talent show, the singer then went on to join The Saturdays – and she’s never looked back!
In the audition tapes, Una looks nothing like the stylish woman she has developed in to today, as she wore a midriff baring, off the shoulder, navy t-shirt and sported much shorter, darker hair.
Una is currently embarking on a solo singing career and her debut album The Waiting Game is set to be released on February 10th.
