Georgie Crawford has shared an emotional insight into her daughter Tahlie’s incredible journey as the little girl prepares to start preschool.
The Good Glow founder marked the major milestone with a heartfelt message to her followers, reflecting on just how far her youngest daughter has come.
In a recent Instagram Q&A, one follower asked Georgie if Tahlie would be starting preschool this year, while also telling the mum-of-two how amazing it has been to follow her journey.
Confirming that her daughter is indeed getting ready to start preschool, Georgie described the now little girl as a “fire cracker” before reflecting on the extraordinary circumstances surrounding her arrival.
“When I think of her as an embryo travelling all across Europe out of Ukraine, I really believe she was so special from the start and was so meant to be here. Thank God.”

Now, Tahlie is preparing to embark on a very different kind of adventure, with Georgie admitting she can hardly believe how quickly the time has passed.
“Now on to her next adventure with her backpack and lunchbox. I can’t.”
The milestone has clearly prompted Georgie to look back on the journey that brought Tahlie into her family, with the mum-of-two also opening up about her experience of surrogacy.
Sharing another reflection with her followers, Georgie revealed that she wishes she had known beforehand just how special the experience would become for her and her family.
“I wish I knew that surrogacy would be the most special thing we ever did in our lives,” she shared.
The mum-of-two also reflected on Tahlie’s birthplace, Tbilisi, where their surrogacy journey took place.
“A part of me will always be in Tbilisi. We can’t wait to go back. But I know it will be very emotional,” she wrote.
“There are so many good people in the world. Forever grateful to our surrogate angel mother.”
