
Una Healy has marked a major personal milestone, revealing that she is now six months sober and encouraging others who may be considering an alcohol-free lifestyle.
The singer shared an update with fans on Instagram, posting a smiling photo of herself alongside the words: “Six months off the drink. My biggest regret is…”
In the next slide, Una’s answer was revealed to be a blank page, making it clear that she has no regrets about giving up alcohol.
Expanding on the message in her caption, the Tipperary star reflected on her journey so far.

“So far… none,” she wrote. “A little update on my sober journey.
“This page could have been full of regrets, but I chose to put down the drink.
“If you’re sober curious, you won’t regret it. It’s never too late,” she added.
“One day at a time — that’s all we have.”

The heartfelt post was met with an outpouring of support from followers and friends, many of whom shared their own experiences with sobriety in the comments section.
Una first opened up publicly about her decision to stop drinking earlier this year and has since been candid about both the challenges and rewards that come with living alcohol-free.
