Deep breaths everybody – Superman star Henry Cavill soaked up the sun in Bray over the weekend for the Groove Festival at Kilruddery House.
Irish music fans were stunned to see the hunky actor at the annual gig on Saturday, who showed off his superhero muscles in a casual shirt teamed with jeans and brown boots.
Henry looked like he was having a great time as he chatted to friends, but he also happily posed for photos with excited female fans – what a gent!
The British star is no stranger to Irish shores: he previously spent time in Bray and in Dublin City while filming popular historical drama The Tudors, along with our very own Jonathan Rhys Meyers.
He previously admitted that he’d love to come back to our Emerald Isle: “I don’t know when I’ll be back but I’d love to spend some more time in Ireland.
“It’s a very special place,” he told Entertainment.ie
Henry Cavill fever peaked when he emerged as the latest hunk to take on the role of Clarke Kent, AKA red-cape clad Superman.
And it’s expected to go off the charts if the 32-year-old takes over from Daniel Craig as James Bond as he is tipped to do.
The handsome star said he’d love to take on the role of 007:
“Of course I would be [interested in playing James Bond]. Given the right script and the right director, I think it would be an amazing opportunity and something I would really enjoy,” he said.
