Steph has taken an underhand swipe at ex Jeremy McConnell in a Father’s Day post on Twitter.
Despite speculation,Jeremy recently revealed to TVNow Magazine that he was not the father of her child, and now the actress praised her own dad for always being there for her – especially at the baby scans.
The pregnant Hollyoaks star posted a gushing tribute to her amazing dad, calling him her rock and saying “we’re so lucky to have you.”
In a jab at Jeremy, Steph wrote “any man can be a father but it takes someone special to be a dad”.
Steph also let her followers know that it was her dad, and not Jeremy who attended her babies scan with her. She thanked her dad for picking her back up, indicating that she’s been having a rough time of late.
“Although you’re getting presents and a fab day, thank you for coming with me today, being by my side to see your grandchild for the first time.
“Happy father’s day to the best dad ever! I’m so lucky to have you! Thank you for picking me up and being there for me to lean on. So lucky,” she wrote.
