It’s safe to say that Maura Higgins is the blueprint from Love Island to I’m A Celeb to Traitors US.
And now another Irish social media star is joining a massive American reality show.

Lewis Kelly, who has 79.7K followers on Instagram and 7.2M followers on TikTok with his joint account with his wife, announced that he has joined Survivor.
The hugely popular series is now in it’s 51st season after kicking off in 2000.
The show sees contestants who are stranded on a remote island try to survive on it and face challenging tasks to win the grand prize money.
Lewis is originally from Dublin but moved to Puerto Rico after falling in love with his wife, Andrea.

Speaking about joining the show, he said: “I love the show. Once I became a US citizen, I owed it to myself to apply, to take this new opportunity and really live and be an example of my American dream.
“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take and even if I don’t have a notion of what’s going on, I’ll always put myself forward and give it a go.”
The 28-year-old added: “I’ve always wanted to live a remote life as my wife I traveled the US renovating a school bus that we now call our beautiful home.”
