Roz Purcell is ready to walk down the aisle later this month.
However, she revealed that they were planning to have a big party in May.
Over the weekend, the wedding celebrations continued as Roz was surprised with a gorgeous hen party down in Cork.

She and her coolest friends headed down to Dromgarriff Rainforest in West Cork.
And you would have thought they were soaking up the sunshine in the South of France. They certainly had the weather for a dream weekend.
She shared an Instagram carousel of her weekend away, writing: “Best weekend of my life so far.
“Surprise hen at @dromgarriff rainforest, one of my favourite areas in Ireland. I don’t really know how to process everything that was organised for me & the effort everyone put in.”
She revealed that she was simply sent an eircode and arrived at Linden House, which is perfect for yoga and wellness retreats.
They spent the weekend swimming in the gorgeous lakes nearby and lounging under waterfalls. The group warmed up in the sauna, which was on site at the property – so perfect!
Roz revealed her friends hired a private chef for the weekend, so their “incredible” meals were prepared by Tom Hayes.
Her friend Claire Cullen even brought her cafe, The Fat Fox’s, coffee machine.
“We did not go out,” she revealed, instead saying that they did pilates and yoga classes with Linda Casey.
“I may not have a huge circle of friends but I have a handful of the best in the world,” she wrote. “I fear nothing will beat this.”
