How cool is Maria Walsh? The 27-year-old has just thrown herself from a plane in Australia, 14,000 feet from the ground – while still wearing her famous Rose of Tralee sash.
The US pageant queen took part in an “epic and crazy” skydive today, taking a break from her Rose duties on the Perth visit.
Maria has been updating her Facebook followers of her amazing trip Down Under – which has seen her travel from Brisbane to Sydney so far – where she is spending time with Roses and Rose Centres.
Today, she announced that she had indulged in a little fun while taking some time out from work in the sun.
“So….this crazy epic but ridiculously cool thing happened today,” she captioned a video of her skydive experience.
“I came to Perth and an Irish man Peter from Newbridge, Kildare was my skydive instructor. Small world. Spot the sash and the tri-color!”
