Irish model Irma Mali was at the launch of the Vodafone Comedy Festival and wore this blue dress paired with a chunky brown belt. Although she's evidently gorgeous, we're just not sure the boots and belt match the stretchy blue skater dress.. What are your thoughts? Does she still rock it?
