Love Island has plenty of traditions, with the most dramatic being Casa Amor, and movie night…when everyone finds out what happened during Casa Amor.
But while most normally dread to see the popcorn buckets and film screen set up in the villa, Irish lad Martin had nothing to worry about. Entering the main villa with Tanya after there Casa Amor fling, but the biomedical science student has since reunited with her former flame Shaq.
Leaving Martin as a single pringle in the villa. But while this isn’t the best predicament to be in, considering an official re-coupling could mark the end of his time on the show. However it also has its perks, as Martin was able to sit back and enjoy movie night without a worry.
When clips of himself and Tanya’s romance began, Shaq discovered how Tanya had down played their time in Casa, which led to a bit of a tiff. But Martin endeared fans as he munched down on popcorn and enjoyed the drama.
He also couldn’t help giggling at villamate Olivia’s reaction as she discovered pal Ron had told her former partner Kai, she was likely to re-couple, and said she “couldn’t keep” former flame Tom. While Olivia was quite offended, Martin burst out laughing, as Olivia had in fact re-coupled.
While the girls weren’t impressed, the audience agreed with Martin, and loved his reactions during the whole show.
