Louise Duffy and Paul Galvin may be one of the most stylish couples on the Irish showbiz scene at the moment, but brunette beauty Louise says that the couple will not be working on a project together anytime soon.
Former Kerry GAA player Paul has his own menswear collection for Dunnes Stores, while Today FM presenter Louise has just launched her own fashion and music website, Womenswearstory.com, the 32-year-old has said that the pair prefer to keep their business and home life separate.
Speaking to the Herald, Louise said, “I don’t think we’ll team up. We would always discuss things with each other and advise each other, but I think it’s better to leave home and work separate. I think it’s safer.
“I come home from my day and he comes home from his day and we don’t cross paths on that side too much,” she said.
The radio host also told of how proud she is of her husband and all that he’s achieved since saying goodbye to GAA. She’s loving Paul’s most recent collection and feels that it’s influencing the style of his GAA mates..
“It’s doing so well, it’s fabulous. I’ve been wearing a lot of it too. It’s my favourite yet. He’s doing great
“I do think it’s changing a lot. I see a lot of the guys Paul used to play football with and they’re really into their gear and really into their trainers and style in general,” she said.
Meanwhile, Louise is three weeks into her new website and she’s working hard to get it off the ground.
“Like anything with online, the website takes a while to get off the ground and you’ve to work hard,” she said.
