Ryan Tubridy will be leaving The Late Late Show in just a few weeks, but the host is making the most of his last episodes and reuniting with plenty of pals he has made during his time at the show.

Just last week he hosted Ed Sheeran, who has made many appearances throughout the years, with the English singer/songwriter leaving Ryan with a sweet gift in honour of their last sit down on the show together.

This week it was Michael Buble who made his grand return to the show!

The Canadian has appearing on the show made times and developed a friendship with Ryan during that time.

During their chat, Michael, who is playing Dublin’s 3Arena this weekend, shared that he had asked to come on the show for this trip to Ireland, wanting to give his pal a proper send off, and “one-up” Ed Sheeran.

Bringing along a gift for the long serving host, Michael prepared a goodie bag for Ryan. Which was filled with Lyons teabags, a karaoke microphone, jellies, suncream (for his retirement beach days) and boxers with Ryan and Michael’s faces on the behind.

The hit musician also invited his composer Nicholas Jacobson-Larson to the stage for a duet with Ryan.

Grabbing the karaoke microphones, the pair then belted out Vera Lynn’s classic We’ll Meet Again.

The crowd couldn’t get enough and neither could the audience at home.
