Kathryn Thomas has revealed she’s not feeling guilty after Christmas, as she was sure to continue working out and keeping fit over the festive period.
She revealed that despite it being a time of indulgence, she doesn’t take a break when it comes to her exercise regime.
Speaking to The Herald, the presenter said, “I don’t really get the Christmas guilt because I still train when I’m off.
“I’ll walk the dogs, go for a run or go to a few Pilates classes.
“While I love my grub, I still get my workouts in. It’s about moderation, and because I love my food, I have to train.
“I’m not a naturally skinny person, nor do I want to be. I’m pretty athletic and I build muscle quite quickly.”
Kathryn also revealed that being the host of Operation Transformation motivates her to not fall off the wagon, and continue going with her fitness plans.
“I love coming back to Operation Transformation in January though. It really gets me back into my routine,” she said.
And that’s good news for Kathryn, as the show starts back this Wednesday at 8.30pm on RTE One.
