Jeremy McConnell and Stephanie Davis have come face to face in court today, and their has been firework in the courtroom already.
The exes, who are parents to eight-month-old Caben-Albi, were both appearing in Liverpool Majestrates court, where Jeremy was facing trial for assault charges brought by Stephanie.
The incident took place earlier this year, with the Irish model pleading not guilty to the charges.
News emerging from the court today is that the judge had to call a break as the two, who met while filming Celebrity Big Brother, were said to have been shouting at each other across the room.
The Metro reports that Jeremy was heard muttering “lies, lies, lies” under his breath as Stephanie spoke.
“Jeremy can you stop talking over me when I’m trying to talk? ‘Jeremy is laughing at me in the court. Why are you laughing? You’re a blatant liar.” Stephanie allegedly said.
Jeremy then replied “I can’t help but laugh’, with Stephanie saying: ‘He’s completely destroyed my life. It’s been the worse 18 months of my life.”
No news has come from the court regarding a verdict.
