Earlier this year Graham Norton announced his decision to step away from his radio show on Virgin Media in the UK.
And now his replacement has been announced.
But worry not because we’ll still be hearing a gorgeous Irish accent every weekend!
Yes, Angela Scanlon has been announced as the replacement for Graham Norton.

“I know how many of you have dreamt about waking up to my husky dulcet tones, well dreams come true gang!” she said as she announced the news.
“I’ll be getting up with you every weekend on Virgin Radio & I am inappropriately excited. Stick the kettle on!”
The presenter will host a brand new breakfast show on Saturday and Sunday from 7am until 10am.
How exciting.
She has big shoes to fill after Graham helmed the breakfast show for the past 13 years.
Angela actually stepped in as an interim presenter for Graham before she was announced this week as his full-time replacement.
In February he announced his decision to leave.
“Here we go, one last gallop around the paddock,” he stated as he signed on for his last broadcast.

He explained that he wanted his “weekends back” after 13 years of weekend hosting.
He made the shock announcement on Saturday but promised that he would still be “popping up on the station from time to time” on the station.
He stated:” The show isn’t quite the normal show today because I have a bit of an announcement to make.
“I’m leaving weekends here at Virgin Radio. I’ll still be kind of popping up on the station from time to time but my regular Saturday and Sundays, I’m stepping away.
“I’ve worked weekends between here and the old place [BBC Radio 2] for 13 years and my life has changed a bit and I thought, ‘Well, I want my weekends back’.”
Angela will kick off her show this weekend and we can’t wait to listen!
