Everything you need to know ahead of Pink’s Aviva gigs

Pink is finally bringing her Summer Carnival tour to our shores.

She will be performing at the Aviva Stadium in the heart of Dublin this week.

The American songstress will play Thursday, June 20th and Friday, June 21st.

What time do the doors open at?

Doors open at 5pm with the show expected to start at 6pm on Thursday and Friday.

When will Pink be on stage?

While it hasn’t be officially confirmed, it’s believed that Pink takes to the stage around 9pm.

But we would advise to be there in plenty of time so you don’t miss anything.

Who will be supporting her?

Well, she has a slew of supporting acts so you will definitely be entertained from the moment you walk in.

She will be joined on the Dublin leg of her tour by Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, GAYLE and DJ and producer KidCutUp.

Are there tickets still available?

If you have been humming and hawing about getting tickets, well now is your last chance.

There is a handful of tickets available for the gigs on Ticketmaster.

How can you get to the Aviva?

Organisers are advising concert-goers to account an extra two hours into their journey time to and from the Aviva.

As traffic and parking delays are inevitable you are strongly encouraged to walk, bike, use public transportation or carpool.

If you do plan on driving, you will have to use carparks in the city centre as there is no public parking at the Aviva.

However, there are plenty of public transport options

  • By Bus: Dublin Bus Routes 4, 7/a, 39a, 46a, 145 and 155 will all have a full service. These routes are the closest to venue. Full details here.
  • By DART: Extra DART services will operate before and after the concert. After the concert Grand Canal Dock DART station will be closed, passengers travelling home should board at Lansdowne Road DART station. Full details here.

If you want to get a taxi suggested taxi drop off locations are junction of Pembroke Road/ Nortumberland Road or Junction of Tritonville Road and Hebert Road.

What does the road colour mean?

Your ticket has a road colour on it explaining what entrance you should use.

Blue ticket entry (West Stand Upper Levels) – Enter via podium entrance off Shelbourne road.

Orange ticket entry (West Stand Lower Tier) – Enter via Lansdowne lane.

Green ticket entry (South stand & general) – admission pitch standing enters via Lansdowne road

Purple ticket entry (East stand all levels) – Enter via Herbert road – access via Tritinville road

Red ticket entry (Gold circle A+B and Pit A+B) – Enter via Bath Avenue

Do I need to bring cash?

The Aviva is a cashless venue, there will be card only payments at the bars and food vendors.

What is the age limit?

Under 16’s must be accompanied at all times by a Parent/Guardian over 25, take full responsibility and remain with them throughout the event. Strict age monitoring in place. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused entry without refund. All attendees must have a ticket.

Standing tickets only available to persons aged 14 and over. No under 16’s will be allowed on the pitch unless accompanied by an adult.

What can I bring with me?

The list of items you can’t bring with you is pretty extensive.

You are permitted A4 size bags and smaller. There can be no backpacks, large handbags, umbrellas, glass or cans, alcohol, personal seating of any kind, selfie sticks, flares, professional cameras, detachable lens, video cameras, audio recording devices, iPads, GoPro’s etc. You will be refused entry.

There will be no cloakroom/storage facilities at the stadium.
