Doireann Garrihy may have gotten her start on social media with her hilarious Snapchats, but she doesn’t feel the need to be online anymore.
But now she has revealed that she doesn’t feel “pressure” to be constantly online anymore after welcoming her first child.
Doireann is a doting mother to baby Rosie and has opened up about what she does and doesn’t share online about her private life.
She explained that she no longer feels like she needs to be “in the know”.

“I think I do share quite a bit, but there’s so much I don’t share too. I kind of think, if this is going to help someone, or if it’s going to maybe help me, if in sharing it, I then get a response from people, and I think, okay, I’m not alone, that’s great,” she told the RTÉ Guide.
“Three or four hours could go by and I don’t even know where my phone is. That was unheard of before I had a baby. So in terms of being on the phone or on Instagram, I definitely don’t feel the pressure any more.”

“We are more present than we’ve ever been before. Other parents tell you that the time goes so fast and it really does. We are soaking up every milestone,” she told us.
“We have managed two date nights in six months, and we are happy with that! Our priorities have shifted, all of our free-time is spent with Rosie and we wouldn’t have it any other way.”
