Dermot Kennedy has had quite the whirlwind few months, to say the least!

From playing his first headlining gig at Madison Square Garden to making history when he became the first-ever artist to sell out three nights in Limerick’s Thomond Park, it’s safe to say it’s been non-stop for the Irish musician.

Constantly taking time to reflect and show fans his appreciation, Dermot has once again taken to Instagram, where he shared an array of photos to mark some of his favourite memories he’s made while on tour.

Captioning his post Dermot wrote: “Lately….some very very important memories made in the last while that will never fade.

While another said: “Proud of you and everything you have done.”

Despite Dermot’s rise to fame, he maintains his life (other than performing in sold-out stadiums) has remained the same.

Speaking in a previous Q&A session on Instagram he said: “I think the thing I’m most proud of out of everything is that my life is the same. Apart from the shows getting bigger and more people listening when I bring out music, my real life has remained my real life.

“I think I exist in a sweet spot where I get to play arenas and stadiums, but I get to live my life as well.”
