Time is ticking down to find a replacement for Ryan Tubridy who will leave the gig at the end of the month.

“I have a young family, a busy home life and a full-time radio job that I love, and right now, that is enough for me,” she said per The Independent.

She explained that she is not ruling out TV fully she feels that The Late Late Show needs someone who can give it the “time and dedication that it deserves”.

Claire went on to say that she was “honoured” to have her name linked with “such a prestigious broadcasting role”.

Prime Time’s Miriam O’Callaghan ruled herself out of the contest in the days after Ryan announced his exit. Joe Duffy and Baz Ashmawy have also denied that they will be joining the show.
