Although we still have a few more months to wait before The Fall returns to our tv screens, the first images from the new season have been released by the BBC.
Both Jamie Dornan and Gillian Anderson are returning to their roles as serial killer Paul Spector, and DSI Stella Gibson, despite speculation at the end of series two that Paul may have been killed by Jimmy Tyler.
It seems that nothing can take down Paul Spector, as he is seen looking alive and well in these recent pics.
Creator of the hit series, Allan Cubitt, revealed some of what is to be expected in the third and final series but was sure not to give anything too important away.
“Obviously I don’t want to give anything away about how the third series will end but I can say that I am looking forward to working with both Gillian and Jamie again in the near future,” he said.
