Baz Ashmawy has teased that he’ll be back on our screens very soon.

And we couldn’t be more excited!

He, of course, returned to our screens in the new Virgin Media drama Faithless, which saw him play an Irish/Egyptian dad who is left to raise his three young daughters following a tragedy.

But that’s not the only show that he has on his CV, from 50 Ways to Kill Your Mammy to How Low Can You Go?, he has plenty to keep him busy.

And now he’s teased the return of his RTÉ programme Best Place To Be.

He has revealed that the second season of the show has wrapped.

The show sees Baz travelling across Europe to meet Irish people who decided to leave Ireland and relocate in countries around the globe.

The show first premiered in October of last year.

“Sadly, this show doesn’t work without my tv family. They’re the best. I have so much fun with them. I feel very lucky and you can imagine what it’s like for them to work with me.

“My god sure, I’m soooo much fun they pay me to go on holidays. Some people get all the luck don’t they?? Lucky crew!!! Anyway, till next time chums. Hope you enjoy the series. Coming soon @rteone.”
