Amanda Byram has landed her own workout series on RTE Player. Body By Byram will see the tv presenter and fitness fanatic guide viewers through short but intense workouts, and help get them in shape.
Each episode will consist of a simple workout routine, featuring exercises such as burpees, jumping jacks, and planks. No gym equipment is necessary, they can be done from the comfort of your own home, and the max length of time per workout is 15 minutes- sounds pretty perfect?
Speaking of her newest career venture Amanda said, “I am very excited to share my series Body By Byram with everyone. I’m so passionate about helping women and men get fit and believe that being strong is the path to health and happiness.
“As a busy woman, I know how tough it can be to find the time to train, or join a gym, so I have devised a series of fitness videos that are short and require little to no equipment! I do hope you enjoy, and I look forward to getting fit alongside you all.”
