It’s a very scary time for Conor McGregor, as the MMA star has been targeted by a gun man in the US this week.
The threat was made against the Crumlin native on Twitter when a user sent Conor a picture holding an AK-47, and said, “Be careful… You don’t run s*** here except UFC. The hood uses guns not fists, this ain’t Ireland.”
According to reports, the UFC were notified by the extreme threats, and the FBI are now allegedly looking into the incident.
Meanwhile, Conor took some time during a press conference on Wednesday to ferociously deny using steroids to up his game.
The Dubliner previously revealed on social media that an “army of scientists” arrived at his house to test him, and when broached about using the drugs, shot down the allegations.
One person at the conference said, “Everybody is on steroids, the whole UFC, everybody. You’re on steroids.”
Conor hit back at the claims saying, “What are you talking about. I’m not on steroids!”
The news comes shortly after Conor was hailed a hero and a “credit to Ireland” after acting like a true gentleman and spending time with a wheelchair-bound fan.
