The VIP List: Here’s what we’re loving this week

We hope you’ve been enjoying the good weather (and staying safe in it).

With the sun comes really good moods. Like, really good moods!

Here’s what we’re loving this week…

…good hair

I’m always on the hunt for the perfect haircare products. I’ve gone on a long and arduous journey to get my hair back to being healthy. So now I have to keep it that way.

My go to spot for all my haircare needs is Cloud 10 as they have some of the most gorgeous professional haircare brands like Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionnel, Redken and Pureology.

The truth is, I love them all for different reasons. Kérastase is luxury haircare personified. L’Oréal Professionnel is the industry insider. Redken is the problem solver. Pureology is the friend everyone recommends.

…glowing skin

Of course, we’re all lathering on the SPF right now and protecting our skin from the sun.

I think it’s important to give our skin some extra TLC during the extreme weather and that’s where Patchology steps in.

They’ve just launched three new products – The Glow Memo, Hydration 101 and Project: Undereye, curated treatment edits combining the brand’s cult-favourite hydrogel technology with targeted skincare ingredients to tackle dehydration, dullness, puffiness and tired-looking skin.

They are available now from Millies.ie, Dunnes and selected pharmacies nationwide.

…delicious food

I’m obsessed with Lidl from the middle aisle to their delicious food, I’ll always find something to try out.

And now I’m even more excited to do my next shop as Michelin‑starred chef Eric Matthews has been appointed as the retailer’s official chef ambassador.

The collaboration will redefine home dining for shoppers nationwide, proving that exceptional local freshness and market-leading value go hand in hand.

…hydrated skin

Like I said, the sun is taking a toll on our skin. And we need to make sure that our skin is hydrated more than ever right now.

Enter No 7’s Prime Forever range. The formulation delivers broad-spectrum protection against a wide range of free radicals triggered by stressors such as UV, pollution, poor nutrition, and inadequate sleep.

My personal favourite from the range is the gorgeous Weightless Moisturiser. The weightless gel-like moisturiser that reduces skin ageing activity within minutes and preserves skin for 24 hours from application. It delivers 100 hours of moisturisation.

…new Irish music

The talent we have in this country is just unmatched!

I’m a huge fan of Fia Moon and the singer is back with her incredible new single, Analogue.

Safe to say I’ll have it on repeat!

…a delicious cocktail

It’s summer and summer means one thing, gathering with your pals and having a refreshing drink.

The Ivy’s latest cocktail collection captures that feeling in every glass. Created with Casamigos tequila, this line‑up of serves is inspired by the very best of the sporting calendar.

Raise a glass to the season ahead, savour every match, race and rally, and let the good times play on. Available at The Ivy Belfast Brasserie and The Ivy Dawson Street, the Summer of Sport Cocktails includes creative serves like the Match Day Margarita (€14.00) made with Casamigos, Irish Mist, honey syrup, peach and lime or The Finish Line Float (€14.75) made with Casamigos, pineapple, Coca-Cola and Chantilly.
