The countdown to the big day is on for Zara King.
The Virgin Media journalist is set to walk down the aisle this summer and preparation is in full swing.
That of course included a bridal shower.
And it looked like the perfect weekend as they soaked up the good weather.
She was joined by her bridesmaids, cousins as well as her friends, including Muireann O’Connell.
It looks like the theme was pink as everyone, bar Zara who was in bridal white, wore a gorgeous pink outfit. Later on in the evening they then changed into matching pink pyjamas.
How cute!
Their abode for the weekend was decorated to be simply perfect with balloons that read: “Zara’s Bridal Shower 18/05/24”.
Zara captioned the picture of her with her bridesmaids in their pyjamas, with the bride-to-be keeping in theme as she wrote a veil, “#BridalShower Weekend #Bridesmaids”.
Speaking to VIP Magazine earlier this year, Zara gushed about wedding planning.
“We’re so excited and we’re really enjoying planning everything. If you asked anyone who knows me they would say I’m a very chilled bride but a very disorganised bride!” she laughed.
“I underestimated how much work organising a wedding was, I was a bit delusional, but how are you supposed to know if you haven’t done it before?
“I have a few things left to organise. But we’ll get there. The wedding is this summer, so it’s very soon. I should probably be a bit more on top of things. But it’ll all be fine! We’re looking forward to a great day together, everything will come together and I’m excited.”
