RTE star Darren Kennedy has suddenly become the target of envy from every woman in Ireland.
And no, not just because his hair is styled better than ours – but because he shared an intimate dinner with drop-dead gorgeous British model David Gandy last night.
Darren, who is currently on our screens presenting The Unemployables with Jennifer Maguire, enjoyed a luxury meal with the top model – an ex of fellow Irish tv presenter and friend of Darren’s, Laura Whitmore – to celebrate his new swimwear launch.
The handsome 35-year-old held the dinner and drinks to launch his first swimwear collection with Marks & Spencer.
Darren updated his Instagram page last night to tell his near 12,000 followers about his swanky plans, telling them: “Off to dinner & drinks with @DGandyOfficial to celebrate the launch of his 1st swimwear collection @marksandspencer.”
He then added a picture of David posing on the staircase next to a dashing photo of him posing in his self-designed trunks.

The night was clearly young for our host of this year’s Style Awards, as he later shared another snap of him letting his perfectly-quiffed hair down with a different model, and boyfriend of popstar Pixie Lott, Oliver Chesire.
The Dublin stylist is no stranger to mingling with top celebrities, and has previously met with top fashion designer Henry Holland and supermodel Eva Herzigova, to name but a few.
