Plenty of well known faces started the New Year off on the right foot this week, as they stepped out for the Balfes and Pharma Plus wellness breakfast.
This stunning event was chock full of health and fitness insights with notable wellbeing personalities including Pharma Plus ambassador Conor Murray, fitness expert Siobhan Byrne of BodyByrne Training and Dr Sonja Bobart offering guests valuable thoughts on health and wellness for 2024.
Located on Balfe Street beside the Westbury Hotel, Balfes is a vibrant all-day bistro with an outdoor terrace and an open kitchen serving beautifully prepared dishes – including breakfast!
Pharma Plus is an Irish brand created by pharmacists saw a need for professional guidance in the supplement market. Their ethos is to only include ingredients that are of proven health benefit, evidence based and omitting ingredients that are not needed or indeed suitable for the general population.
