Operation Transformation is back for its 12th season and last night brought plenty of emotional moments as always – but some laughs too.
While fans loved getting to know the new leaders, they couldn’t help but spot personal trainer Karl Henry’s makeup malfunction.
As the show got ready for an add break, we were brought to Karl who heads up the ad break exercise challenge.
However, it seems that perhaps his studio makeup isn’t quite as subtle when he’s on the pitch as Karl was spotted with quite a full face of foundation.

However, Karl didn’t take it to seriously and joked about bringing makeup wipes next time!
“Oh god, note to self, bring make up removal wipes when going from set to ad break challenge filming,” he said.
“Thought we would bring you a giggle this year,” he added.
