You’ll need to cancel your Friday night plans because The Late Late Show is returning after the summer break.
And we promise you, it’s back a bang!
The Lord of the Dance, himself, Michael Flatley will join Ryan this Friday to talk about his debut feature film Blackbird, which he has written, directed and stars in. The film hits cinemas this Friday and he’s been building up excitement around it in the capital for the past few days.
Michael will explain how his mother encouraged him to pursue acting and his excitement at finally seeing his movie hit the big screen.
We told you that Love Island’s Ekin-Su would be jetting into Ireland this weekend. And her first order of business is to chat to Ryan.
She’ll be live in studio to chat about dominating this year’s villa, whether she might find herself heading back to the villa in a different role and, most importantly, how she found herself representing Ireland at an international beauty contest.
Pat Spillane will also swing by to discuss his decision to step back from The Sunday Game after 30 years in the hot seat.
Tolü Mackay will be the musical guest as she will be on hand for a very special performance of Mercy Mercy Me including music from The RTÉ Concert Orchestra.
Oh and there are a few other surprises on the night that is not to be missed.
Speaking about the return, Ryan said: “I am absolutely delighted to be back in the hot seat this Friday night and we are back with a bang! Friday night promises a great, fun and fascinating array of guests. Where else would you want to be? Put the kettle on, or pour yourself a glass. It’s Friday, it’s The Late Late Show and we’re open for business!”
The Late Late Show returns to RTÉ One on Friday, September 2nd at 9:35pm
