Now fast approaching her wedding day to businessman Joe Penna, the half-Greek beauty is known around the world for her reality tv stints, FHM shoots and many red carpet appearances.
The Irish-bred stunner has come a long way from that Fas ad that got her noticed back in 2007, which gave birth to a hugely successful modelling career.
