Taylor Swift played two huge shows in Croke Park this weekend, and wowed her thousands of Irish fans with the amazing performance.

The Bad Blood singer performed in our National Stadium, becoming the first ever female artist to play the venue twice.

Following the first of the two shows on Friday night, Taylor posted an emotional update on social media. “My first Irish stadium show I can’t even explain how it felt looking at the crowd tonight at Croke Park in Dublin, I love you so much and I can’t believe we get to play for you again tomorrow night!!”

Fans lined out yet again last night for the second Irish leg of the popstar’s Reputation world tour, and she paid a special on-stage tribute to her many Irish supporters.

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart, this is a really important night of my life. I’ve always heard Croke Park is legendary.”

Taylor also revealed that she received a sweet gift from legendary Irish rock band U2 ahead of her show on Friday, a beautiful bouquet of red roses, signed off with the note “from your Irish fan club… Bono, The Edge, Adam and Larry.”

Did you head along to the shows?
