House of Guinness fans rejoice! The Netflix series has finally been given the green light for a second season.
The series was created by the man behind Peaky Blinders, Stephen Knight and with an almost fully Irish cast, we are huge fans.
If you missed the first season, it follows the Anglo-Irish Guinness family in the tumultuous 19th century.
There’s political intrigue, forbidden love and plenty of drama to go around.
Netflix confirmed the news this week, adding that the second season of the show will go into production in 2027.
Steven Knight, writer and creator of House of Guinness, said: “It was such a joy to bring the Guinness story to the screen, so I’m beyond thrilled to be continuing the story of one of the world’s greatest dynasties into season two. I can’t wait to dive deeper into these characters and their complex relationships as they expand the Guinness empire.”
The show stars Anthony Boyle, Louis Partridge, Emily Fairn, Fionn O’Shea, James Norton, Jack Gleeson, Niamh McCormack, Danielle Galligan and Ann Skelly.
