Taylor announced back in August that she would be releasing a new concert film for the US leg of the Eras tour, describing the iconic tour as the most “electric experience” of her life. Ticket sales were crazy smashing records making a whopping $26 million in ticket revenue on the first day of pre-sale tickets. Is it any wonder they decided to bring it to the rest of the world?

Odeon Cinemas Ireland took to social media to say: “It’s been a long time coming, but Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour concert film lights up our big screens starting 13/10. Get your tickets now.”

The film’s synopsis reads: “The cultural phenomenon continues on the big screen! Immerse yourself in this once-in-a-lifetime concert film experience with a breathtaking, cinematic view of the history-making tour. Taylor Swift Eras attire and friendship bracelets are strongly encouraged!”

Vue cinemas have also announced that supersaver tickets will be available for €13.13 for all ages at every screening, when you purchase them online at myvue.com.

Toby Bradon, the Vue UK and Ireland General Manager, said: “While summer was all about the “Barbenheimer” phenomenon, it looks as if Autumn is set to be dominated by Taylor-mania – and we couldn’t be happier.”

He continued on, adding: “It’s been brilliant to see the growing buzz since Taylor Swift’s announcement just last month and we’re thrilled to call Vue the home of the Eras Tour, with venues up and down the country holding multi-screenings of what is set to be one of the biggest events of the year.”

Taylor Swift will be playing three nights at Dublin’s Aviva stadium on the 28th, 29th and 30th of June 2024.
