Sinead’s not happy.

Sinead O’Connor has hit out after she was reported as a suicide risk to Chicago police.

Reports first surfaced yesterday that the singer was threatening to kill herself after a family member allegedly told authorities in Ireland that she was planning to jump off a bridge in Chicago. The Gardai then contacted the Chicago police department with the message that Sinead O’Connor had allegedly said, ‘I’m on a bridge in Chicago and I’m going to jump.'”

Sinead took to Facebook today to lash out at the claims. “It’s bullsh*t I jumped off a bridge,” she claimed. “Some stupid b**ch up decided she’d like to throw a bit of false and malicious gossip about is all. Am far too f***ing happy for that!!”

She's not holding back.

The Nothing Compares To You singer also took Facebook to share her delight after the results were announced for Britain to exit the E.U. today.

She said, “Ireland is officially no longer owned by Britain!!! Congrats to every man, woman and child who ever died for the cause of Irish freedom, and also to all those including myself, who have been persecuted mercilessly by the Irish so called free-state for having declared support for Sinn Fein and the republican movement. Our day has come!!”

Whatever you may think about her political opinions, we’re glad to see the singer is safe and well!
