Síle Seoige revealed last year that she was bidding farewell to Dublin and returning to her native Galway.
She has shared how excited she is to move home.
However, it hasn’t been an easy journey as the family of four is building their dream house in Galway.
Now Síle has shared a very exciting update on her home.
Facing the wind and the rain, Síle headed to the site to show off how they were getting on.
She shared a picture of the building site on her Instagram with the caption: “January 2023. The windows are in and the exterior has been plastered. Getting there!”
While it’s slow work, the family is eager to move into their home as soon as possible.
Back in July Síle confirmed that herself, her partner Damien and children, Cathal and Clíodhna would be leaving the capital for Galway.
She explained on Instagram: “It’s been a long time coming…our son Cathal will be 5 soon and we bought the site when he was only a few months old!
“While we’re still in Dublin for the next few weeks, (in and out) we’ll be in Galway full time from mid-late August and we hope to move into our forever home next Spring all going well.
“These past 8 months have been wild…well the past 4 months in particular, juggling family, work, selling a house, moving house and building a house! It’s intense but it’ll be so worth it…hopefully!”
We can’t wait to see them in their forever home.
