Alison Oliver is making moves in the film industry!
After starring in the highly successful Saltburn, the Irish rising star has already signed a deal for another major movie.
Yes, Alison has been cast opposite Ralph Fiennes in The Beacon, a UK-set drama that marks Fiennes’ first screenplay and fourth film as director.
US entertainment website Deadline, which first reported the story, says The Beacon will also star Indira Varma (Obi-Wan Kenobi) and Charles Babalola (The Outlaws).

The film is described as a meditation on family, class, race and identity.
While the official synopsis reads: “Joshua Nyaga travels to the countryside from London to spend a summer’s weekend with his girlfriend Cass’ family for the first time.
“Transplanted as a young boy from the violence of the Ugandan civil war to the concrete jungle of London, Joshua has never experienced the privilege that Cass’ family enjoys.
“Surrounded by the sea and lush natural landscape, the farm is an oasis, brimming with idealistic notions and lively debate amongst Cass’ father, stepmother and their longtime friend of the family, Michael.
“But Joshua’s warm welcome is short-lived, when a sudden act of violent racism at a local summer concert shatters the peace forcing Joshua and those around him to confront the uncomfortable truth of their differences.”
Production is set to begin later this summer, so sadly it will be some time until we get to see the finished project.
Until then you can next catch Alison in director Justin Kurzel’s true-crime thriller The Order.
There’s no stopping her!
